The quiet bedroom faces the garden. The bed frame, mattress, topper and linens were all brand new in September 2026.

Why Riverside
Leave the car where it is.
The neighborhood is one of the biggest reasons to stay here. Five Points is about four minutes on foot, with coffee in the morning, restaurants and live music at night, plus record shops and vintage stores in between.
Riverside Park is about five minutes away on foot, Bold Bean Coffee Roasters about nine, and the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens about twelve. Downtown Jacksonville is a few minutes by car and EverBank Stadium about eight minutes away.

Your apartment, entrance and foyer are private. The front vestibule, covered porch and back deck are shared with the other apartments. Because the building is more than a century old, sound can travel between floors and you may sometimes hear the apartment above. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.
There is no washer or dryer inside the apartment and no dishwasher. Free street parking is usually available in front of the house. An exterior security camera covers the outside front entry only. There are no cameras inside the apartment or inside the building.
