Good to know.
Check-in is at 3 PM and checkout is at 11 AM. No smoking or events. The apartment is up one flight of stairs. The covered front porch, entry vestibule and back deck are shared with the other apartments in this 1909 triplex. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM, as sound can travel between floors.
Free street parking is available; please park in the direction of traffic. There is no washer or dryer in the apartment. An exterior security camera covers the outside front entry only, with no indoor cameras.
