I'm Alina Penjiyeva, MBA, Realtor and founder of Jax Stay LLC.
I built JaxStay with one goal: make furnished stays simpler and run them exceptionally well.
This isn't a side hobby. JaxStay is a locally operated furnished housing business backed by a professional cleaning crew, maintenance support and a trusted handyman, with systems in place to keep our homes clean, maintained and ready for every guest.
My background is in business and real estate. I've closed more than $20 million in real estate transactions throughout the Jacksonville area, working with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners. That experience taught me that the details matter, problems need to be handled quickly, and communication can make or break an experience.
I bring that same approach to JaxStay.
