EverBank Stadium in 2026 and 2027

EverBank Stadium is in the middle of a major renovation for the Jaguars' Stadium of the Future. In the 2026 season the Jaguars are still playing six regular season home games there, with reduced capacity of about 42,500. In 2027 their home games move to Orlando, and the renovated stadium is scheduled to open in August 2028.

Remaining 2026 home games on the Jaguars' published schedule include the Colts on November 1, the Titans on November 29, the Steelers on December 14 and the Commanders in week 17. Check jaguars.com for final kickoff times.

The Florida and Georgia football game is not in Jacksonville while the stadium is rebuilt: it is in Atlanta on October 31, 2026 and in Tampa in 2027, and is expected back in Jacksonville in 2028. The TaxSlayer Gator Bowl is scheduled at EverBank Stadium in December 2026.

Game day tips

• Stadium parking lots are reduced during construction, so a rideshare from Riverside is often simpler than parking.
• Plan extra time on game days; traffic around the sports complex builds well before kickoff.
• Riverside is quiet after the game, with Five Points restaurants a short walk from the apartments.
