Five Points

Five Points is Riverside's historic shopping district, built around the five way intersection of Park, Margaret and Lomax Streets. It has independent shops, vintage stores, coffee, restaurants and bars, and it sits inside the Riverside Avondale historic district.

From the Riverside apartments it is about 0.3 miles, roughly a six minute walk. Hawkers Asian Street Food is at 1001 Park Street, right in the center.

Riverside Arts Market

Riverside Arts Market, known locally as RAM, runs every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., rain or shine, under the Fuller Warren Bridge at 715 Riverside Avenue. It brings together more than 150 local artists, makers, farmers and food vendors, with live entertainment and a free yoga class on the stage at 9 a.m. It is produced by the nonprofit Riverside Avondale Preservation.

RAM is about 0.8 miles from the apartments, roughly 15 to 18 minutes on foot. If you drive, the market lists free parking at the adjacent office lot and free street parking on Post Street.

Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens

The Cummer Museum at 829 Riverside Avenue has art galleries and formal gardens on the St. Johns River. It is closed Mondays and open Tuesday through Sunday, with late hours on Thursday (until 8 p.m.). Adult admission is $20. It is about 0.5 miles away, roughly an eleven minute walk.
